Preparation technology of metal bucket sealant for packaged food
vulcanized latex is ammonia glue, which is prepared from natural latex, sulfur, vulcanization accelerator, filler and other materials. After spraying, the rubber film has good plasticity, wear resistance and oil resistance after drying and vulcanization. Its preparation operation is relatively safe and harmless to human body. The preparation method of steel drum sealant for food is as follows

2. Preparation of various additives
(1) preparation of 16% casein solution: 2240g casein and 112G naphthol are ground into fine powder, mixed with 1094g water in an enamel barrel, heated in a water bath to soften the cheese by absorbing water (temperature is about ℃, time h), stirred continuously with stainless steel or glass rods to prevent precipitation, then added ammonia, continued to stir until all dissolved into a transparent and clear solution, and poured into paraffin oil while hot to continue stirring for 2 hours
(2) preparation of 50% emulsified paraffin oil: 5000g paraffin oil and 200g oleic acid, 4600g water and 20g ammonium triethanol are mixed in an enamel barrel. If the temperature is at room temperature, it can be heated to about 30 ℃ with water to make it a transparent liquid. Then mix the two liquids and stir them evenly in the mixer to form a milky lotion
(3) preparation of 46.45% sulfur dispersion: 1800g sulfur, 50gcmc and 2025g water are poured into the porcelain jar of the rotary roller ball mill (its speed is 48 50r/min, size is 230 275mm), and the ceramic ball is added for closed grinding for H
(4) preparation of 30% accelerator TMTD dispersion: pour 900gcmc accelerator TMTD, 10gcmc and 2085g water into the ceramic jar of Xuan roller ball mill, add ceramic balls and grind them tightly for about 20h
(5) preparation of 30% accelerator D dispersion: pour 900g accelerator D, 45gcmc and 2055g water into the ceramic jar of the rotary roller ball mill, and add ceramic balls for closed grinding for about 20h
(6) preparation of 35% accelerator PX dispersion: pour 1400g accelerator Px, 33gcmc and 2567g water into the ceramic jar of the rotary roller ball mill, add the ceramic ball and grind it for about 20h
(7) preparation of 43,27% zinc oxide dispersion: 2460g oxygen is suitable for a variety of standardized zinc, 61.5gcmc, 3163.5g water is poured into the ceramic jar of the rotary roller ball mill, and the ceramic ball is added for closed grinding for about 20h
(8) preparation of 9% CMC solution: put 30kg of water into the enamel barrel, add 150ml of ammonia first, slowly add CMC, stir while adding, continue to stir for 0.5-1h after adding 3.3kg, then add ammonia, and stir until the solution becomes a completely transparent liquid. This liquid should be covered for storage to prevent ammonia volatilization, and the storage period should not be too long, otherwise the viscosity will decrease
3. The formula of liquid glue is shown in Table 1. Water and 10% CMM solution in the formula can be increased or decreased according to production needs and room temperature changes. For example, in hot weather, 10% CMC solution increases and water decreases; In winter, 10% CMC solution decreases and water increases. However, the adjusted total quantity of 32.5kg remained unchanged
